Licensure & Class Sizes
The Ohio Department of Job and Family Services license us. The license is always readily available for review in the Director's office. A copy of the statutes and rules governing child day care centers are also available for review upon request. The Kingdom Express Development Center licensing record includes compliance reports and fire inspections, and is also available at the Department of Job and Family Services. Maximum individual class sizes at Kingdom Express Development Center are as follows:- A maximum of twelve infants per class.
- A maximum of fourteen, 18 – 30 month old, toddlers per class.
- A maximum of sixteen 2 ½ - 3 year olds per class.
- A maximum of twenty-four 3 year olds per class.
- A maximum of twenty-eight 4-5 year olds per class.
- A maximum of thirty-six school age children per class.
Maximum group size is defined by the number of children in one group that may be cared for at any time. Limitations do not include naptime, lunchtime, outdoor play or special events.
